Full-time role at NALA leading consumer growth across the Ghana corridor — campaigns, partnerships and community building from London.
NALA is building Payments for the Next Billion — faster, smarter and fairer cross-border transfers for the global diaspora. Your mission: own the execution of NALA's consumer growth targets in Ghana. This is a hands-on operator role driving acquisition and engagement across digital campaigns and on-the-ground partnerships with the diaspora community. Responsibilities: execute the plan to hit consumer growth targets in the region; source, negotiate and run local partnerships and community events; set up and optimise multi-channel campaigns (online and offline); manage relationships with ambassadors and influencers; conduct customer research to unlock new growth levers; hit user-acquisition targets within CAC constraints; report on growth metrics to the P&L Lead. Success looks like: 300+ new users and 2 performance-driven campaigns in 30 days; 1,000+ cumulative users and a scaled channel delivering 100 users/month by day 60; 2,500+ users, an operational growth loop and data-backed insights by day 90. Interview process: Talent screen (30 mins) → Technical problem-solving with the Hiring Manager (1 hour) → Bar Raiser with Nico, COO & Co-Founder (1 hour).
